TeacherActive is recruiting a Cover Supervisor for a secondary school in Vale of Glamorgan. You will deliver pre-planned lessons across multiple subjects, manage student behaviour, and ensure learners remain engaged during teacher absences.

The role is temporary and requires strong classroom management, reliability, and a proactive attitude to support the school’s learning environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in a UK secondary school.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Confidence to deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Flexible, reliable and proactive approach.
