Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in education or youth settings.
• Ability to manage groups of students confidently and independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to obtain a DBS check (Update Service preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across subjects.
• Supervise classroom behaviour and enforce school policies.
• Ensure students stay on task and complete work.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil engagement and behaviour.
• Contribute to a positive and productive learning environment.
