Qualifications

• Mandatory Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS.
• Proven track record of teaching Science within a UK secondary school setting.
• Mandatory UK Right to Work — no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver High-Impact Science Lessons: plan and deliver biology, chemistry and physics across KS3 and GCSE.
• Practical Laboratory Teaching: design and facilitate safe, hands-on experiments with data linkage.
• Full Academic Ownership: session prep, diagnostic marking, student tracking and GCSE readiness.
• Promote STEM Engagement: foster inquiry and critical thinking in science, tech, sustainability.
• Departmental Support: collaborate on schemes of work, align practical assessments, maintain lab safety.
