The role requires QTS or an equivalent qualification, strong subject knowledge, creative lesson planning, and committed to raising attainment in Science.

Formación

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge across Science with potential specialism welcome.
• Ability to deliver creative, well-structured and engaging lessons.
• Demonstrates effective classroom management and communication.
• Committed to raising attainment and fostering interest in Science.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3/KS4.
• Develop students' knowledge across Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
• Organise practical experiments following health and safety procedures.
• Monitor progress, assess understanding and provide feedback.
• Prepare students for examinations and support their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and development.
