Job summary

Esteem Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a practical Site Assistant at St Clare's School, with the possibility to work at other Trust sites. The role is hands-on, varied and involves caretaking, security, routine and reactive maintenance, repairs and decorating.

Salary is £24,742 to £26,389 per annum for 32 hours. Contract is 25–32 hours per week all year round. Core hours are Mon-Thu 11:30–18:30 and Fri 11:30–17:30; DBS check required; we welcome applicants across the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking, maintenance, repairs, and decorating.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work across multiple sites within the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Carry out caretaking, security, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Respond to reactive maintenance and repairs as required.
• Assist with decorating and keeping the site safe and welcoming.
• Report to the Site Manager; DBS check may be required.
