Codsall Middle School is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team. You will work under the guidance of teachers, teaching and supporting pupils across KS2/KS3.

The role is part-time, 26 hours weekly during term time, with a fixed-term contract of 12 months and an ASAP start. The successful candidate will be organised, adaptable and capable of engaging students in line with our school’s expectations, safeguarding, and behaviour policies.

Responsibilities

• Teach and manage different subjects and ages of children in line with the school’s teaching and behaviour expectations.
• Respond to the needs of the school at short notice with flexibility and adaptability.
• Be highly organised, solution-focussed and maintain positive relationships with pupils.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
