Job summary

New Directions Education Ltd is recruiting a Cover Supervisor to work in various secondary schools across Pembrokeshire and surrounding areas. You will provide day-to-day cover, supervise pupils while work is pre-prepared by teachers, and help maintain classroom flow.

You should have a proven track record of leading groups and managing behaviour; a full enhanced DBS check is required. The role offers regular supply work with potential long-term roles and a supportive account manager.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading groups, transferable to classroom settings.
