Bartlett Tree Experts hosts an experienced Administrative Assistant / Sales Office Manager to support the Arborist Sales Representative and crew at our Tockwith office. The role is office-based in York with a focus on client relations and back-office tasks.

Qualifications

• Applicants will need to be extremely organised, able to work independently, and have the ability to multi task.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the Arborist Sales Representative with respect to email management, diary management and correspondence
• Handling incoming enquiries from prospective customers and building relationships with existing customers
• Liaising with customers at all levels
• Dealing with various financial procedures – taking credit card payments, credit notes, reconciliation, entering data and aged debtors
• Updating social media
• Office management duties
