This role focuses on delivering outstanding admin support, coordinating emails and diary management, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.

The position requires excellent organization, strong customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative and customer service roles.
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft 365 and in-house systems.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the Arborist Sales Representative with respect to email management, diary management and correspondence
• Handling incoming enquiries from prospective customers and building relationships with existing customers
• Liaising with customers at all levels
• Dealing with various financial procedures – taking credit card payments, credit notes, reconciliation, entering data and aged debtors
• Updating social media
• Office management duties
