Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include age 16+ (18+ in some locations), mobility to stand and move around store
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset

• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights and weekends
• Comfortable with technology and learning store systems

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Assist customers by suggesting apparel and footwear
• Share product knowledge to help customers select items
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels
• Support front and back of store tasks and POS operations
• Handle omni-channel requests and digital experience interactions
• Promote loyalty programs and drive sales growth
