Moto Hospitality is hiring a Retail Assistant for the WHSmith counter at Frankley Services, M5, near Birmingham. You will greet customers, process orders, and help maintain an inviting store that reflects brand standards.

Weekly Pay What you'll be doing as a Retail Assistant: Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
