Job summary

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our busy store. You’ll restock shelves, operate tills, and deliver friendly service while keeping the store clean and organized.

This role offers fully flexible shifts on a 30-hour contract, with 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount and a pension scheme. Growth opportunities include becoming a Bakery or Freshness Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store
• Passionately provide excellent customer service
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products
