Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-volume residential conveyancing.
• Qualified solicitor, CILEx or CLC or able to manage own caseload.
• Commercially aware with strong technical ability including title checks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents.
• Manage a caseload including sales, purchases, equity, right to buy, shared ownership and lease extensions.
• Generate fee income in line with targets.
• Develop relationships with introducers.
• End-to-end case management from fruition to post completion.
