GloverPriest Solicitors is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to head up the Conveyancing department at our Kings Heath office. You will manage a team of fee earners and support staff while handling a mixed conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Residential conveyancing experience handling freehold/leasehold titles
• Experience leading a team of fee earners and support staff
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to provide high quality advice to clients across various sectors
• Strong IT skills and case management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the Conveyancing department and manage daily operations in Kings Heath
• Oversee progression of cases from inception to completion and liaise with clients and referrers
• Guide and train team members, contribute to training and knowledge sharing
• Drive business development and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy
• Maintain high professional standards and ensure timely delivery of files
