Job summary

GloverPriest Solicitors Limited invites applications for a Conveyancer/Solicitor role focused on residential conveyancing. You will manage a high-volume caseload across freehold, leasehold, and New Build matters, liaising with vendors, purchasers, and agents while ensuring timely progress and accurate documentation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, be qualified (solicitor/CILEx/CLC) or able to manage their own caseload, be commercially aware, and excel at

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing caseload.
• Qualified solicitor, CILEx, or CLC, or able to manage your own caseload.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working toward targets.
• Proficient in title checks and in raising/ answering enquiries.
• IT literate with experience using a case management system.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents.
• Managing a caseload including sales & purchases, equity, right to buy, shared ownership, and lease extensions.
• Generating a fee income in line with targets.
• Developing new relationships with introducers.
• Managing a case from fruition to post-completion.
