Henderson Scott Limited in Fareham is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer (1-10 PQE) to join its established team. You will handle a varied caseload with strong administrative backing and regular salary reviews.

The role covers freehold/leasehold sales, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, and equity releases. You will work independently from instruction to completion within a supportive, commercially minded firm.

Qualifications

• 1-10 PQE (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)
• Confident running files independently from instruction to completion
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Organised and commercially aware

Responsibilities

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including new build and shared ownership)
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions (voluntary and statutory)
