Job summary

Henderson Scott in Manchester is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a busy property team. The role suits a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer with 1-10+ years' PQE and a proactive approach.

You will handle a diverse caseload across freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and related matters, with strong earning potential and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer.
• 1-10+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience).
• Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Organised and proactive approach to managing transactions.
