Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1.5 years PQE in residential and commercial property.
• Experience running your own conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with property legislation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
