Qualifications

• Must hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience delivering lessons and managing a classroom.
• Strong communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills.
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil outcomes.
• Willingness to obtain Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Assess, monitor and support pupil progress.
• Differentiate lessons to meet varying abilities.
• Collaborate with school staff to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.
