Qualifications

• UK-recognised degree with a First-Class or 2:1 honours.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom.
• Assess and track pupils' progress, providing feedback to support development.
• Adapt teaching to meet diverse abilities and learning styles.
• Promote positive behaviour and a love of learning.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Maintain high expectations for achievement and behaviour.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and other staff for effective classroom support.
• Communicate with colleagues, parents and carers where appropriate.
• Contribute to planning, assessment and wider school activities.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times.
