Job summary

Beckfoot Trust and Dixons Academies Trust are recruiting Primary Teachers for a pool of supply staff across Bradford. Roles include day-to-day cover and longer placements with flexible start dates. You will teach across year groups, developing engaging lessons and supportive learning environments.

Qualifications

• QTS is required for primary teaching roles.
• Experience teaching in primary schools is desirable.
• ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum.
• Teach pre-planned lessons for day-to-day cover or plan and deliver longer-term placements.
• Create a positive, inclusive, well-managed classroom environment.
• Maintain high behaviour and achievement expectations in line with policies.
• Assess, monitor and support pupil progress where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with staff, support staff and senior leaders.
• Adapt confidently to different school settings, year groups and pupil needs.
