Job summary

St Andrew's CE Primary School in North Weald is seeking a dynamic, caring LSA to support pupils aged 4-11. The successful applicant will join our experienced LSA team, providing classroom assistance and targeted support for children with SEND.

Experience in a primary setting is essential; flexibility to work across year groups EYFS-Year 6 is required. A Level 2 qualification or GCSEs in English and Maths are expected. We value patience, inclusivity and safeguarding for our learners.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
• Flexible within role and tasks as directed by SENCO and Phase Leader.
• A team player able to adapt to the needs of the child and the school.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support to all children and assist with disengaged learners.
• Support children with SEND to ensure engagement, safety and wellbeing.
• Work across the primary age range EYFS–Year 6 as required.
