Job summary

Teacher Active is recruiting a School Administrator to support multiple Nottingham area schools with day-to-day office operations. You will handle enquiries, maintain pupil records, support attendance and provide admin support to teaching and leadership staff.

Experience with Arbor or similar MIS and strong IT skills are highly desirable. Flexible, reliable, and professional, you will join a pool for short-term, day-to-day and longer-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience within a school setting.
• Experience using Arbor or another school MIS.
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience maintaining accurate pupil and school records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of the school office.
• Deal with enquiries from parents and visitors.
