Academics partners with Early Career Teachers to place you in primary schools across Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and Cheshire. You can work day-to-day or take on short- and long-term placements to build your teaching portfolio and gain varied experience.

We offer regular work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, CPD opportunities, and a dedicated consultant to support you at the start of your career. Assignments are subject to safeguarding checks and DBS clearances in line with policy.

Qualifications

• Adaptability and willingness to work in varying schools.
• Good behaviour management skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching to different class needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Adapt lessons to different classrooms and school contexts.
• Maintain safeguarding and DBS compliance as part of recruitment policy.
