Tradewind Recruitment LTD is recruiting a PPA Teacher for a lively Leyland primary school starting January 2027. You will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across year groups, cover PPA time, assess pupil progress, and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS and is capable of managing diverse classes.
• Experience across primary year groups is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork with staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across year groups.
• Cover classes during PPA time and monitor pupil progress.
• Adapt teaching to meet different abilities and needs.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Attend staff meetings and school events as required.
