Job summary

Academics is seeking a qualified PE Teacher for Crewe starting September. You will deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3–KS4 and provide reliable classroom cover across local schools.

The role requires adaptability to various schools, with opportunities for day-to-day, short-term and longer-term placements. Ideal candidates hold QTS/QTLS in PE, have recent PE teaching experience across KS3–KS4, and demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom presence.

Qualifications

• QTS/QTLS in PE or a related subject.
• Recent experience teaching PE across KS3–KS4.
• Proactive, resilient approach with clear classroom presence.
• Strong behaviour management and ability to engage mixed-ability groups.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities
