Essex County Council is seeking an Emergency Duty Service Co-ordinator in Chelmsford for a part-time, fixed-base role. The post requires ensuring accurate information flow to daytime services and maintaining databases and statistics, with strong judgement and administrative support skills.

The role involves handling telephone enquiries, delivering routine and complex admin tasks, and working flexibly within a fast-paced social care environment.

Competenze

• Educated to RQF Level 2 (GCSE) or equivalent by experience.
• Experience using IT packages with strong Excel/Word/Outlook knowledge.
• Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills with enquiry resolution experience.
• Ability to work well in a team and build relationships with stakeholders.
