Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join its growing team in Greater Manchester. The role focuses on delivering high-quality OH services through predominantly on-site and clinic-based appointments, with travel to client locations as required.

You will manage a varied caseload, including fitness-for-work assessments, health surveillance and safety-critical medicals, working alongside OH nurses and client HR teams to support employee wellbeing and workplace

Qualifications

• GMC-registered Doctor with a current UK Licence to Practise.
• Diploma in Occupational Medicine (AFOM or MFOM) or equivalent.
• Experience as an Occupational Health Physician in a clinical setting.
• Strong case-management and corporate OH delivery experience.

Responsabilités

• Undertake face-to-face occupational health consultations at client sites and clinics.
• Provide advice on fitness for work, sickness absence, rehabilitation and workplace adjustments.
• Manage health-surveillance programmes and escalations.
• Deliver industry-specific medicals including offshore/energy settings where qualified.
• Produce clear, impartial OH reports and maintain governance.
