Leaders in Care is assisting an established occupational health provider in recruiting an Occupational Health Physician. The role focuses on high-quality, on-site and clinic-based assessments with travel to client locations across the UK.

You will work within safety-critical environments including offshore energy, oil and gas, renewables and construction, delivering medicals, surveillance and case management, while contributing to governance and service improvement.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered Doctor with a current UK Licence to Practise.
• Diploma in Occupational Medicine, AFOM or MFOM.
• Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Physician.
• Strong experience of management referrals, case management and corporate occupational health delivery.

Responsabilités

• Face-to-face occupational health consultations at client sites and clinics.
• Advise on fitness for work, sickness absence, rehabilitation and workplace adjustments.
• Manage health-surveillance escalations and support surveillance programmes.
• Assess employees in safety-critical, industrial, offshore and renewables settings.
• Produce clear, robust occupational health reports.
