Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have marketing experience or a relevant degree.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver customer and brand events across the UK, with occasional travel.
• Plan and deliver dealership and manufacturer-led marketing campaigns and client communications using email marketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Use social media to create and grow awareness of the business and product.
• Manage and update content across Sytner and manufacturer websites, ensuring accuracy and brand compliance.
• Ensure KPI targets are met and work to strict deadlines.
• Manage the customer experience from point of sale through ownership and beyond, building strong client relationships.
• Oversee OEM CRM systems, ensuring data capture, reporting and database integrity.
