Job summary

Education Partnership North East (EPNE) is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to support our 16–18 learners across a range of subjects during teacher absences. You will deliver pre-set work, supervise lessons, and help maintain a positive learning environment on campus.

We value flexibility, reliability and strong interpersonal skills. A teaching and learning qualification and Level 2 English and Maths are preferred, and you will be part of a supportive college culture with excellent

Qualifications

• Hold a qualification in Teaching and Learning.
• Level 2 in English and Maths.
• Experience of working with young people in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in completing pre‑prepared tasks and activities.
• Promote and manage classroom behaviour to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Respond to students' questions and provide assistance with their work.
• Liaise with curriculum staff regarding student progress.
