Job summary

Iceland Foods is hiring Home Delivery Drivers to serve customers face-to-face and deliver groceries with care. You will be the public face of Iceland as you navigate routes and provide excellent service.

Expect to work varied shifts from early morning to late evening, maintaining high standards of food handling, safety, and customer care. A valid driving licence and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Have a full driving license held for at least 3 years and no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures (heavy lifting & manual handling).
• Always adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks.
• Ensure groceries arrive to customers in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts; patterns can vary between 6am and 11pm.
