Job summary

Iceland Foods is looking for Home Delivery Drivers to join our team in Wales. You will deliver groceries directly to customers, acting as the face of Iceland on the road and in their homes. This role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and a focus on safety and service.

Expect to work varied shifts from early morning to late evening, with a 15% employee discount and holiday benefits, while contributing to a friendly, customer-first experience for local communities.

Qualifications

• Full driving license held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to work to deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures follow heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Always adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks and ensure food arrives in best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Iceland to customers.
• Lend a hand in store when required and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 6am and 11pm.
