Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class Front of House service to welcome clients, visitors, colleagues and partners.
• Plan and prioritise own work allocation according to site needs.
• Carry out daily building walks and health, safety and security checks.
• Provide Front of House/Reception support across floors and support meetings and events.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security and FM teams to resolve requests and maintain standards.
• Assist with image, signage and information display and ensure CAFM tickets are updated.
