Job summary

AllPro Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced FLT Driver / General Operative for a busy Stoke-on-Trent site. The role combines forklift driving with general operative duties in a varied, hands-on environment, with a 40-hour week and rotating shifts.

You will operate a forklift safely, load and move materials, support production, carry out basic checks and keep the working area clean and organised, collaborating with colleagues to hit daily targets.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift is essential.
• Willingness to perform general operative duties and manual handling.
• Ability to follow site procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload and move materials around the site.
• Transport stock and materials to designated areas on site.
• Carry out general operative and production duties.
• Perform manual handling where required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Complete basic checks and follow site procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily targets.
