Job summary

Warwickshire County Council in Warwickshire is seeking sessional tutors to join the Family Learning team across Stratford District, Warwick District, Rugby, and surrounding areas. You will teach across Literacy; Numeracy; Science, Food and the Environment; Art and Play; and Parenting and Life Skills courses.

Your teaching is planned for you, with room for creative ownership within the role. This role is based in community venues across Warwickshire, with mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Skilled qualified teacher with knowledge and experience across Early Years Foundation Stage and/or Primary curriculum.
• Ability to plan and deliver high quality Family Learning programmes, independently and collaboratively.
• Experience delivering and assessing accredited provision with moderation experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach across the Family Learning curriculum in Warwickshire.
• Plan, deliver and assess high quality programmes, including literacy, numeracy, science, art and life skills.
• Work with learners of varying abilities and with adults and children in education.
• Contribute to equality, diversity and inclusion and support under-represented groups.
