Job summary

Unique Venues of London is seeking an hands-on Event Manager in London to lead delivery of large-scale events at our venues. You will manage on-site operations, coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with health and safety and licensing requirements.

The role requires at least 2 years of event operations experience, the ability to work under pressure, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of event operations experience.
• Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
• Confidence briefing contractors and suppliers.
• Knowledge of health & safety and licensing requirements.
• Availability to work late nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Attending site visits pre-contract where necessary.
• Leading on the operational delivery of allocated events on site from install through to derig.
• Producing event documentation for approval by the Senior Event Manager, including risk assessments and staffing plans.
• Directing and coordinating all onsite teams during live events (FOH, BOH, security, bars, technical).
• Ensuring events are delivered in line with licensing conditions and safety standards.
