Job summary

Daytona Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead on‑shift operations across venue teams, ensuring safe, efficient race sessions and exceptional customer experiences. You will monitor race control, coordinate departments, and uphold high standards of service and safety.

The role requires strong people leadership, excellent communication, and hands‑on decision making in a fast‑paced, live motorsport environment. A 40‑hour week on a rota, including weekends, is typical.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a management or team leadership role.
• Strong operational awareness and decision‑making under pressure.

• Public speaking and team leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for venue operations, acting as Duty Manager.
• Oversee race control, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, train and develop venue staff, manage rotas and staffing levels.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting to GM, Ops, and HR.
