White Horse Employment Ltd. collaborates with an established automotive group to recruit a Sales Executive for a rapidly growing EV brand in the Swindon area.

The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience across the full sales journey, from enquiry to test drives and finance, while building long-term relationships and achieving targets. The ideal candidate is confident, energetic and commercially minded, with a passion for vehicles and the future of motoring.

Qualifications

• Confident, energetic and commercially driven salesperson.
• Automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential.
• Open to strong candidates from retail, telecoms, technology or other customer‑focused sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle new and existing customer enquiries.
• Proactively follow up leads and customer enquiries.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Identify customer requirements through effective questioning and conversation.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles confidently.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and technology.
• Introduce customers to the benefits of electric vehicle ownership.
• Discuss and sell appropriate finance, accessories and additional products.
• Work towards and exceed individual and dealership KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up opportunities.
• Create repeat and referral business through excellent customer service.
