CRA Legal, a well-established Derbyshire firm, is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team. The role offers a broad, varied caseload advising both employer and employee clients across discrimination, disciplinary, TUPE, and settlement agreements.

We welcome candidates from NQ to seasoned solicitors, with a solid grounding in employment law, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and a proactive approach to career development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in employment law.
• Experience handling own employment caseload.

• PQE open to NQ upwards.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a varied employment matters.
• Handle Employment Tribunal claims and litigation.
• Draft settlements, policies and agreements.
• Advise on redundancies and restructurings.
• Provide practical, commercially minded advice.
