RWK Goodman LLP in London seeks an Employment Associate (3-5 years' PQE) to join a growing team led by Partner David Israel. The role covers a broad range of employment matters for employers and senior executives, with a mix of contentious and non-contentious work across multiple sectors.

You will join a collaborative, commercially focused practice delivering strategic advice, HR policy support, and complex advisory work on a variety of client matters.

Formación

• 3-5 years' PQE in employment law.
• Experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Experience advising Senior Executive clients.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to client service.
• An interest in business development and marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Enjoy a varied caseload encompassing both contentious and non-contentious employment work for employers and Senior Executives.
• Handle Employment Tribunal claims and litigation, contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with redundancy and restructuring projects, workplace investigations and settlements.
• Provide day-to-day HR and employment law advisory support.
