Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on employment matters.
• Strategic HR and employment advisory work for UK and international employers.
• Employment issues arising from corporate transactions and restructurings.
• Employment tribunal litigation and dispute resolution.
• Workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievances.
• Cross-border employment issues for multinational clients.
