Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking an Early Years Instructor to look after the welfare and safety of children on camp and to deliver structured activities for our Early Years juniors. Under the Early Years Leader, you will support with high-quality care, focusing on participation and learning through EYFS-aligned play.

The role includes a pastoral element, liaising with staff and parents as needed, and is available as full-season or part-season employment during school holidays.

Qualifications

• Paediatric first aid qualification preferred or required.
• Experience with young children is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure welfare and safety of children on camp.
• Deliver organized sports, art and play activities for Early Years (4–5 year olds).
• Contribute to EYFS learning and development principles with emphasis on participation and quality.
• Provide pastoral support and act as a key contact for early years campers.
