Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager for Worthing Seafront. You’ll lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to keep the hotel running smoothly and to deliver great guest service. This permanent role comes with guaranteed hours and a strong leadership development path.

You’ll work 32 hours per week at the Worthing location, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Join a team that values ownership, problem-solving and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a busy customer-facing environment is valuable.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and stay calm under pressure.
• Experience guiding teams across multiple hotel departments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and restaurant to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide clear pre-shift briefings and coach team members throughout the day.
• Assist guests with queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Hotel Manager and senior team to maintain service standards.
