Job summary

Akon Security Services Ltd. is hiring Door Supervisors to work at licensed venues across Canterbury and Kent. You will manage entry, verify IDs and conduct searches in line with venue policies and licensing requirements.

The role involves enforcing capacity limits, preventing disorder, and responding calmly to incidents while representing both the venue and Akon Security in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence required for licensed venue work.
• EFAW training completed and accredited.
• Training in physical intervention and conflict management.
• Safeguarding and vulnerability awareness knowledge.
• Counter Terrorism Awareness training completed.

Responsibilities

• Manage entry, ID checks and search procedures at licensed venues.
• Enforce venue entry policies and capacity limits.
• Prevent and respond to disorderly conduct on site.
• Maintain licensing law compliance at all times.
• Write accurate incident reports at end of shift.
• Operate within safeguarding protocols and vulnerability awareness.
