Marchant Recruitment is seeking a motivated Design and Technology Teacher for a respected secondary school in Walsall. The role is full-time with an ASAP start, teaching across KS3/KS4 and potentially KS5 where appropriate.

You will plan engaging lessons that blend practical activities with theory, assess progress, and contribute to a positive learning environment as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge in Design and Technology.
• Ability to teach KS3/KS4, with potential KS5.
• Proven ability to manage a classroom and engage students.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver DT lessons for KS3/KS4.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop departmental practice.
