Qualifications

• Previous classroom or cover supervision experience – advantageous.
• Suitable for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Provide support to students where necessary.
• Report back to teaching staff on lesson progress and behaviour.
• Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Follow all safeguarding procedures at all times.
