Supply Desk Ltd is working with a welcoming secondary school in the Great Missenden area to appoint a confident Cover Supervisor for a full-time role starting ASAP. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain high standards of behaviour, and ensure continuity of learning across year groups.

This role suits an organized, adaptable individual who wants to gain classroom experience while supporting pupils' learning and safeguarding expectations.

• Previous experience working with children or young people.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences using pre-set lesson plans.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and complete the work provided.
• Support students with their learning and respond to questions where appropriate.
• Create a calm, positive, and productive learning environment.
• Take attendance and report any issues to relevant staff members.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil engagement and lesson outcomes.
• Support students across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times.
