Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is seeking a confident Cover Supervisor for a good secondary school in Chesterfield. You will deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3/KS4, manage behaviour and keep students engaged, contributing to a positive learning environment.

The role is day-to-day supply with flexibility, offering market-leading pay and 24/7 consultant support through the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification or degree is desirable but not essential
• Experience working with young people in a secondary school setting
• Excellent classroom management and the confidence to manage challenging behaviour
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A flexible, reliable and resilient approach to working in different classroom environments
• Access to their own transport is desirable but not essential
