Qualifications

• Covering lessons for absent or unavailable teaching staff and assisting students with prepared work.
• Maintain a welcoming, calm, respectful classroom environment while building relationships with students.
• Explain tasks clearly, monitor engagement, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality work.
• Maintain thorough records of student behaviour and administer disciplinary measures when needed.
